I am happy to report that the much-requested, long-awaited Novel Teaching Pack for Ben Mikaelsen’s Touching Spirit Bear is in the hands of the last proofreader, who happens to be a retired high school English teacher turned wildlife rehabilitator specializing in squirrels. She just sent this photo of Eddie, one of her resident charges, using the manuscript notebook as a dining table for finishing off a pecan—the squirrel version of “touching spirit bear.”
LOL! I promise that when this teaching pack is posted for purchase and download, there will be neither pecan shavings nor Eddie's paw prints included in the package.
